"Worst customer service I’ve ever received, my policy got cancelled for spouse information that was missing. I sent the information they needed and I went to the office a week later and they are still telling me it hasn’t been processed yet. I asked the lady if I can get a different quote since they are taking too long to reinstate my policy and she said they can’t do that because I’m still considered a State Farm customer. Then I asked if someone was to happen to am I covered and she said to me we will talk about it then but I can’t tell you anything now. I’m sorry but I can’t risk it any longer. I need to be sure that I’m insured or else I’m shopping for another quote."
